Mid-transaction Consultation Service

For buyers, sellers and investors in real estate who are in progress with a purchase or sale of real estate, looking for a second opinion or second set of eyes to evaluate and advise on the details of their transaction. If you are feeling pressure to perform, are confused about results of inspection reports, appraisals, title documents etc, or just want the opinion of a neutral third party that does not benefit from the completion of a transaction, this service gives you confidence that you are making the best decision possible to achieve your personal goals in real estate.
Referral Service
Hourly $150.00
For buyers, sellers and investors looking to work directly with an agent or broker. Assistance choosing the right representation for your specific needs, personality, and goals using my experience in the field to vet and qualify individuals or teams to assist you in achieving your real estate goals. Pricing based on initial consultation and preparation, as well as assistance throughout the process once the right representation is selected. The agent, broker or team you choose to work with should be your primary guidance throughout the process, however my service provides an additional level of assistance to provide exponential peace of mind to ensure your primary goal remains the top priority. If a referred purchase or sale is completed, payment for my services will be fully refunded to the client up to the amount agreed upon between representing brokerage and Frazier Realty.
